• Admin — Full access to every feature, billing, and business settings. This is you, the owner.
• Manager — Can create and edit events, manage staff assignments, and oversee task boards. Cannot access billing or business-level settings.
• Finance — Sees invoices, payments, and financial reports. Cannot modify events or staff.
• Staff — Views only the events and tasks they are assigned to. Perfect for bartenders and barbacks who just need to know where to show up and what to do.
• Viewer — Read-only access across the platform. Ideal for business partners or accountants who need visibility without editing power.

Tasks move through four stages: Planning, Prep, Execution, and Completed. The kanban board gives you a visual snapshot of where every task stands for a given event.
