Mobile bartending runs on events. Weddings, birthdays, corporate galas, backyard parties, holiday mixers — each one has a different guest count, drink menu, location, and timeline. Baraxis gives you a dedicated event builder where you enter the event name, select the type, set the date and start/end times, specify the guest count, and dial in the drinker percentage. Location search is powered by Mapbox geocoding, so you get an accurate address and map pin without copy-pasting from Google Maps.

Once created, every event sits on your month-grid calendar. Color-coded status badges — upcoming, live, completed — let you scan your schedule at a glance. Need your bar schedule in your personal calendar? Export the entire feed as an iCal subscription that syncs with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook automatically.

Track every dollar with per-event financials

Most bartenders quote a price, pay for supplies, and hope the math works out later. Baraxis replaces hope with hard numbers. Every event has a built-in financial ledger that separates revenue — deposits, final payments, cash bar sales, and tips — from expenses like alcohol, supplies, staff wages, equipment rentals, and travel costs. Profit and margin are calculated automatically, so you know whether a 200-guest wedding actually made you money before you even break down the bar.

Over time, these per-event financials paint a clear picture of which event types are most profitable, which locations cost more in travel, and where your margins thin out. That data turns pricing from guesswork into strategy.

Go live on event day

When the date arrives, switch an event into live mode. A countdown timer ticks toward your start time, and a built-in weather widget pulls conditions for the event location so you know if you need to prep for an outdoor setup in the heat or move things under cover. Live mode keeps the critical details — timeline, staff list, drink menu, client contact info — front and center on your phone so you spend less time scrolling and more time pouring.

Task management that follows your workflow

Every event generates work long before and after the actual service. Baraxis includes a task board for each event with four columns: planning, prep, execution, and completed. Drag tasks between columns as they progress — confirm the liquor order, pick up glassware rentals, set up the bar, send the follow-up invoice. Each task ties to the event it belongs to, so nothing gets lost across a busy month of bookings.

When a corporate planner books their third holiday party or a bride refers her sister, you see the full history — past events, invoices, contracts, and notes — without digging through email threads. Stock planner: buy exactly what you need

Over-ordering kills margins. Under-ordering kills reputations. The stock planner takes your guest count, drinker percentage, event duration, and bar type and calculates the inventory you need — bottles of each spirit, cases of beer, wine, mixers, ice, and garnishes. The math follows industry consumption rates, so you show up with enough product to keep the bar flowing without hauling home cases of unused stock.

Accept booking inquiries from your own page

Baraxis generates a public booking form at your custom URL — baraxis.io/book/your-slug. Embed the link on your website, drop it in your Instagram bio, or include it in your email signature. When a potential client fills in their event date, guest count, location, and bar preferences, the inquiry appears in your dashboard. Convert it to a confirmed event, attach a contract, and send an invoice — all without leaving Baraxis.
