These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Baraxis and services available at baraxis.io. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Baraxis is a business management platform designed for mobile bartending businesses, including event management, invoicing, staff management, analytics, and booking inquiry features.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Starter Plan

Available at no charge with up to 5 events per month. We reserve the right to modify the free plan with reasonable notice.

Paid Plans

Professional ($29/month) and Business ($79/month) plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until end of billing period. No refunds for partial months. Account reverts to Starter plan after cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the Service for fraudulent purposes.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Baraxis and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or modify our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

BARAXIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may export your data before termination by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
